With over 25 years’ experience at the forefront of the hospitality industry, Luke has worked as a successful executive and head chef in a range of top culinary businesses, including restaurants, contract catering, gastropubs, hotels, private dining, and outside activations, both in the UK and abroad. We’re passionate about presentation, and our extensive background in restaurants means we thrive in creating all ranges of bespoke imaginative menus. From stylish Canapés, fine dine tasting courses, small plates to brunch Banquets and corporate events.
At our ‘Pop up’ sister company ‘Choza’, we bring to you a fresh twist to traditional catering or ordinary street food, we deliver something different from everyone else under our quirky wooden shack. We pride ourselves on only serving the best locally sourced ingredients for you and your guests.
